Christmas 2013

(Late Post!)

Last weekend, we kicked off the Christmas celebrations with the Wright family. GrandDad and Aunt Lori even came in from Tyler for the festivities and to meet sweet Harlow! Aunt Jourdan, Jorge, Aunt Loren and Uncle Shaun were also there to celebrate. My girls were spoiled with lots of attention and love.

In true Blair fashion, she made it through opening a few gifts, then immediately wanted to watch one of her movies in Gammy and Da's bed. I did not take pictures, but luckily Jourdan and Jorge did!

On Christmas Eve, we celebrated with my family with our traditional Christmas Eve dinner at the Taste of Texas! This year, my Dad was home! Yay!

It was a delicious dinner (as usual!!!!!) and Blair was very well behaved. The nice waitress even took B around the restaurant to look at all of the Christmas decor and Nutcrackers. Harlow slept most of the time, only emerging from her snuggly dark seat to have a bottle with Mimi. I am sure next year she will be much more into dinner. :)

After dinner, we went back to Mimi and Pops' house to do gifts. It was dark so I didn't get any pictures of the girls opening their (big!) gift from Mimi and Pops, so these pictures are from Christmas Day!

We had such a blessed Christmas - spending time with family, all kinds of holiday activities, and welcoming the newest member of our family. What an amazing Christmas and year... it's hard to believe it is all over. I can't wait to see what 2014 holds for us!
